Colt's Havant operation was recently assessed by the Best Factory Award judges panel, made up of the most senior faculty members from Cranfield School of Management, one of the world’s most prestigious schools of management that prides itself on its strong ties with business and industry.
The assessors were very impressed by what they saw in Havant and the Colt team in Havant have received a high commendation in the Judges’ Special Award. In addition, their achievements are described in an excellent article published in Works Management magazine, which can be viewed here.
