South Bank Tower, originally built in 1971, has been given a face lift after many years of neglect. The original 31-storey building has been regenerated, adding 11 new storeys, 191 high-end luxury apartments, commercial offices and retail space.
Colt installed and supplied a ColtShaft ventilation system and car park smoke extraction to South Bank Tower, working closing with the consulting engineers during the design and development phase.
