Prime Four is a major business park comprising offices and leisure facilities, situated at Kingswells on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
Colt supplied and installed smoke control and day to day ventilation to the atrium spaces in Plots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, and a car park ventilation scheme under Plot 2. The ventilation schemes comprise AXS access hatches to the escape stairs as well as Seefire and Coltlite natural ventilators to the atria spaces of each block.
Colt were selected largely because they were able to provide a range of fully integrated ventilation and control systems to all the buildings.
