Ashley Lodge apartments in Aberdeen is a new block of contemporary two-bedroom executive apartments set within a Georgian mansion. Colt supplied smoke extract fans, dampers and stair ventilators. The ColtShaft constant smoke shaft system was used, its first installation in Scotland, which has simple controls with minimal complexity. Challenging shaft geometry within the apartments was no cause for concern in this successful installation.
