Colt provided a smoke shaft system and car park ventilation to the high specification office building in Broadgate London. The 12-storey office building designed by MAKE architects provides over 700,000 sq ft (66,890 sq m) of new space, housing up to 6,000 people and featuring four huge trading floors.
